As reported earlier,Gwen is having a wax figure of herself unveiled at Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in Las Vegas next Wednesday,Sept.22.The museum’s website has now posted more details about the event:
We are thrilled to announce that Gwen Stefani will be unveiled in wax at Madame Tussauds Las Vegas on Wednesday, September 22nd 2010. The three-time Grammy® Award winning star will join the likes of Michael Jackson, Madonna, and recently added Snoop Dogg in the world famous Madame Tussauds on the Las Vegas Strip!
“We are very excited to have Gwen Stefani’s figure added to our attraction! She’s consistently rated high on our request list, so we are very pleased to bring her figure to all her loyal fans,” said Madame Tussauds Attraction Manager Rosita Chapman.
Gwen Stefani gained popularity as the lead singer of No Doubt with singles such as “Just a Girl”, “Spiderwebs”, and “Don’t Speak” consistantly topping radio charts. Her solo career has also proved to be widely popular including the chart topping single “Hollaback Girl” in 2005.
