Thanks to Ceredwyn (@Dwyndle) for sharing photos of a cool Tragic Kingdom-era No Doubt plaque hanging on the wall of the gym in Scotland where she works and which is owned by the band’s longtime trainer and friend Mike Heatlie! The plaque commemorates the Tragic Kingdom album surpassing 14 million in sales worldwide and is signed by the band. Gwen’s message reads,”To Mikie, All my love and thank yous for your devotion.”
