Harajuku Mini Featured in the November Issue of Target’s Online Magazine ‘On The Dot’

Harajuku Mini is featured in the November issue of Target’s new online style magazine,On The Dot. The adorable rasta-colored lion print top and pants are included in fashion editor Nina Garcia’s article on what she can’t resist this month, and the super-kawaii moto jacket(modeled along with the tutu skirt) is mentioned as being ”edgy Tokyo biker chic”. We like how Gwen is alluded to by the magazine as being one of the designer ”mavericks that have made a lasting impact on the fashion world by redefining the way we think about clothes and accessories.” Only a few more days until the line officially launches at Target on November 13!

Welcome to the Break the Rules issue of On the Dot. As many may know,my number one fashion rule goes something like this: Rules are made to be broken! Naturally,I loved styling this issue. The key to developing your signature style is honing your use of the unexpected. I adore taking chic classics like the military coat or cozy standbys like a grandpa cardigan and adding surprise twists to their presentation. A sporty trapper hat or a pair of Dana Kellin’s super feminine earrings instantly individualizes a look. Remember that your own style revolution is one idea away from igniting. Spark it up!

The Breaking the Rules issue of On the Dot is all about style experimentation, expression, and surprise. Fashion is a revolution waiting to be set free. All four of this month’s guest designers at Target are mavericks that have made a lasting impact on the fashion world by redefining the way we think about clothes and accessories. To them, fashion’s best weapon is it unpredictability.

Tokyo Rocks: A touch of edgy biker chic works for any age.
