Last night’s promising livestream of the Fall 2011 L.A.M.B. runway show unfortunately didn’t work out-PalTalk’s camera died right before the show started and only part of the audio from the show could be heard.For anyone interested,though,PalTalk reporter Gary Baumgarten has uploaded a behind-the-scenes stream from backstage at the L.A.M.B. show-it’s interesting to see the last-minute happenings before the show,including the stylists(inlcuding birthday boy Danillo) and the makeup artists readying the models.
The backstage curtain was parted – literally – for about an hour-and-a-half – as Paltalk and its audience was offered rare in depth access into the preparations for the unveiling of Gwen Stefani’s L.A.M.B designer label line for fall and winter
Those in the virtual auditorium were treated to interviews and were able to watch – live – as L’Oreal hairstylists and makeup artists worked feverously to prepare the models for their walks down the runway.
Then the walk itself – all live on Paltalk.
Not only were fashion divas from around the world watching remotely, but reporters as well, (including one from Dubai) who couldn’t get to New York to be there in person.
