In an interview with Heat Magazine,when asked about her style inspirations,singer Marina of Marina and the Diamonds praised Gwen’s style:
Marina and the Diamonds has described her personal fashion as a mix of pop art and grunge.
The ‘Hollywood’ singer-songwriter was asked by Heat about her style inspirations.
Marina said: “My style is a mix of pop art and grunge, I’d say. I take inspiration from Jessica Rabbit and cheerleaders gone wrong.”
Quizzed about other celebrities whose style she likes, Marina added: “I love Gwen Stefani. She’s always been true to herself. Her style is old-school Hollywood mixed with quite a boyish look, and I really like it.”
Fans may recall that Marina and the Diamonds covered ”What You Waiting For” during some concerts in the recent past:
