UPDATE: Thanks to @justnodoubt for the info,the issue will hit newsstands on August 21. According to Women’s Wear Daily,Gwen will be on the cover of the September issue of Harper’s Bazaar! We can’t wait to see it! The September cover game is almost ready to be played out on newsstands.
