Video: Jimmy Iovine Plays ”Don’t Speak” on American Idol

Thanks to Heather for sharing with us a video of Interscope chairman Jimmy Iovine,who is also a coach on American Idol,playing a snippet of ”Don’t Speak” as a potential song for a female Idol contestant to sing on the show Wednesday night. The girl ultimately decided to sing ”One Sweet Day” by Mariah Carey,but it’s cool that Jimmy chose ”Don’t Speak”-Gwen had tweeted that band was playing the new songs for Jimmy the other day,we can’t wait to hear them ourselves!!
