Here’s a screencap of Adrian and his son Mason presenting at the MDA Show of Strength Telethon that aired tonight on ABC. The telethon benefits the Muscular Dystrophy Association,a cause very close to Adrian’s heart. Adrian and Mason poignantly memorialized Adrian’s stepmother,Jeanne,who,as fans may know,sadly passed away last year at the age of 55 from ALS,or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis,a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. We again send our deepest condolences to the Young family for their devastating loss and thank Adrian and Mason for sharing their story and supporting the MDA. We hope the telethon raises lots of funding for the organization.
